The Ministryof Environment and Wildlife (MoEW) Southwest State of Somalia has set aside funds intendedto cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.

The MoEW-SWSS invites the bidders tosubmittheir EOI and price quotationusingtheattached Quotation Submission (Form A)and Schedule of Requirements and Prices (Form B)for supplying all the goods as described in the Specifications.

The bidders are required to submit the original plus twocopies of expression of interest (EOI)and price quotation properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No. MoEW/SWSS/029/2022for procurement of efficient cook-stoves for the ministry of Environment and Wildlife (MoEW) of Southwest state of Somalia (theMinistries’ buildings)

1. Deadline for submission will be on 21thOctober2022at11:59pmlocaltime.

Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter.

1. The quotation shall remain valid fora period of notlessthan7 days after thedeadline for submission.
2. Evaluation andselection willbebasedonthe lowestpriceofthose bids which meetthe specified requirements as well as MoEW-Southwest State of Somalia’s satisfactory completion of reference checksonthepreferred bidder.Ifa negative referenceis obtained, MoEWreservesthe right to reject the bidder for award.

Ministry of Environment and Wildlife of Southwest State of Somaliahastheright the timeofcontract award to increaseordecrease up tofifteen percent (I5%)of the quantity of the good’s originally specified in the requirements for eachlot without any change in unit price or otherterms or conditionsand this shall be reflected in the form of cont
