We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to own and grow our brand presence across all social channels. You'll develop compelling content strategies, manage campaigns from concept to execution, and turn analytics into insights that shape our voice online. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing.

Towba Travel Agency is a Somali travel company specializing in organizing blessed Hajj and Umrah journeys, International Tickets, Domestic Flights, Travel Consultation & Visa Arrangements. Our mission is to make your spiritual travel easier by providing a safe, comfortable, and fully guided religious experience.
Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content — including copy, graphics, and video
• Manage and grow the content calendar in alignment with broader marketing campaigns
• Monitor, respond to, and moderate community engagement daily
• Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversions
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners
• Run and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging channels
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing brand accounts and driving engagement
• Experience with paid social advertising and performance tracking
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand voice skills
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, native platform insights)
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Diploma with relevant skill is acceptable.

• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
• Video production and editing skills
• Background in SEO and content marketing
