- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Skills and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare or NGO sector
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
