    Job Description

    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    Reports To: Chief Operation  Officer

    Type: Full Time

    Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension

    Location: Mogadishu

    Job Purpose:

    To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the Hadiid’s brand, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    1.       Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.

    2.       Set marketing goals and objectives that align with the Hadiid’s overall business strategy.

    Brand Management:

    1.       Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging.

    2.       Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    1.       Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.

    2.       Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

    Campaign Management:

    1.       Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.

    2.       Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

    Budget Management:

    1.       Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

    2.       Track marketing expenditures and report on budget performance.

    Team Leadership:

    1.       Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing & sales team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    2.       Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.

    Partnerships and Collaboration:

    1.       Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

    2.       Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production/product development) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

    Digital Marketing:

    1.       Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website and social media.

    2.       Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.

    Content Creation:

    1.       Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.

    2.       Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

    Public Relations and Communications:

    1.       Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the Hadiid’s public image.

    2.       Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the organization when necessary.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of Odoo CRM, Sales, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Survey and website modules preferred.
