Operational Manager (Female only)

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Fluency in Somali, English, and Arabic
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to oversee systems, operations, and staff performance
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital systems
Professional, creative, proactive, and responsible personality
Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, NGO, or administrative environments is highly preferred
