Description of the Assignment: National Consultancy- Software Developer (Agentic AI/ML Engineering Expert)
Period of assignment/services (75 days): [Within Six months]
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Skills and qualifications
Minimum qualifications, years of experience and skills
Education / Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Proven experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn,
Kedro).
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins), version control systems (MLflow, DVC).
• Knowledge of API for streaming or real-time predictions (FastAPI, Flask).
• Experience using Generative AI, RAG, and vector databases in production.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and prompt engineering techniques..
• Experience with AI-powered search, vector databases, or large language model integrations.
• Familiarity with data security, privacy, and access control in multi-user systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, well-documented code.
Desired Additional Skills and Competencies
• Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or UN agencies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of risk management or humanitarian contexts is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
