Concern Worldwide is an International Non-Governmental Organization that has been operating in Somaliland since 2010. Concern is requesting from technically qualified suppliers and service providers to provide a response to become a pre-qualified supplier/service provider of Concern Worldwide.

Submissions will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee based on the following criteria:

• Administrative Compliance (i.e. tender submitted in time, sealed, all required documents completed).
• Technical Competence (based on responses to Technical Evaluation Form included in the dossier)
