The Somaliland Skills Training Association (SOSTA) - CALL FOR LOCAL TENDER

The Somaliland Skills Training Association (SOSTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, headquartered in Borama, Awdal region, Somaliland, but active across all regions of Somaliland. SOSTA focuses on youth and vulnerable groups, including IDPs, women, children, disabled individuals, and minorities. The organization aims to empower Somalilanders to transform their lives through sustainable, people-centered development. SOSTA facilitates development programmes, advocates against harmful traditional practices like FGM/C, early marriage, and GBV, and promotes human rights and protection. Its mission is to equip vulnerable and marginalized communities with skills and resources to achieve their rights, hold decision-makers accountable for the delivery of public services, and access expanded and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

SOSTA intend to implement Construction of Three (3) Village Milk Collection Centres (VMCC) in Sabawanaag, Waxara-Waalisley and JirJir in Awdal Region, Somaliland, in collaboration with Concern Worldwide, under the BRCIS-OASIS Funding Programme as detailed below. Therefore, SOSTA invites all interested and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the above mentioned works.
